The only negative comment is the small fridge wasn't very efficient, I did mention this to the reception staff upon departure. |

Great location, comfortable, and generally amenable staff. For the second time in two stays at this hotel, on the first night, despite having booked a deluxe double room, we were presented with a significantly smaller standard room -although we were eventually moved to a better room. This aside, the hotel is a favourite and I would recommend. |

The lift was not working and was not repaired during our three night stay. We were on the fourth floor. The room was very hot even with air conditioning. This is the smallest "deluxe" room I have ever experienced, just about big enough to get around the bed having to duck to avoid the wall mounted TV and huge air conditioning unit. |

it was very clean. the staff were most helpful. the room was amazing with tea and coffee making facilities, state of the art TV and superb bathroom. i would stay again without a doubt. |
