Location very good and excellent choice of restaurants adjacent to Hotel

Not impressed with the fact there was no room service available after 2230hrs each evening, not impressed with Garfukels for breakfast facilities or choice

Room was lovely and comfortable. The hotel is right beside paddington tube station which is brilliant because you can get anywhere in london in a few minutes

The only thing i'd say is that the hotel is built over the tube station so you can hear the trains passing below until they stop at night. It isn't bad enough to disrupt sleep though and I would stay at this hotel again

Proximity for Heathrow train. Comfortable bed.

Room very tiny with bed too close to the desk to make the desk functional. Also had to "take turns" moving to the desk as there was not enough room for both my wife and I to stand on that side of the bed at the same time. "Free wi-fi" cost gbp15 to use! 1St floor room meant vibrations and noise from the Tube rumbled through the room with every train from dawn till midnight

The Hotel is well located beside Paddington Tube Station.The room was modern, clean and the bed was comfortable

The room was dreadfully small, just enough space to squeeze past the bed. The hotel had no atmosphere and the staff were unwelcoming and just carried out the jobs without making any effort to assist us over and above their basic duties of checking us in and out.
