The hotel was in a very convenient location,clean,nice interior decoration and layout. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The bedroom was large,comfortable and nicely furnished.

The shower was not very easy to use meaning the water often ended up on the floor.

Quiet yard side windows (view for me is not necessary, if I can't sleep), so this room was perfectly quiet, hotel in a good location, nice decoration, stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Would appreciate just a little bit more enthusiasm for changing bed linen, but that usually depends on individual worker, not a hotel policy in total, which in overall is very nice and quality orientated.

location is good.

it was too dirty. bitten by fleas. We will never stay again. Bath room was too small and not very clean. Air conditioning was old.

Excellent room at a great rate (about 100 euros per night). Excellent location (about 10-15 minutes to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain). Wonderful decor with modern touches, such as a flat screen tv and triple direction shower. The breakfast was also excellent.

Staff was "ok" and not exceptionally friendly or helpful. For example, the check-in staff refused to make a duplicate key for my roommate and I. Since my roommate and I had different schedules, having separate keys was necessary. On two different occasions, the gentleman at the check-in counter claimed that the key-making "machine was broken" -- which of course is a lame excuse.

the proximity of a nice area, villa Borghese, spanish steps and via Veneto;

there are a few things missings in the rooms like: some walls had not been painted, there were traces of primer...; no hooks in the bathroom for hanging the towels; the breakfast was awful...not eatable... I have traveled a lot in my life and I have naver seen that before...the juice was hot, the croissants were not croissants...etc. they should improve it;

The breakfast was great but if you wanted a big fry you'd have been
disappointed. The location is fine if you are wearing good shoes

The room was a bit small, also the air con was vey noisy, I had to buy
ear plugs so that I could get sleep. The streets walking back to hotel
were not very well lit, we were absolutely fine but it was a bit
unnerving. There weren't many cafes or restaurants around the area which
was a bit disappointing.

the location (relatively close to all attractions and in a very elegant area), the room (nicely decorated, VERY CLEAN and decent), no problem with the noise whatsoever

breakfast was pretty poor, but for Italy, it was good enough, i guess. altoghether i wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel, but it was close to that. on my way out i asked at the front desk for a common taxi and i got a cadillac limousine (nice, but more expensive than a taxi)
