Most of the staff were fantastic! Danny,the concierge to the bellman were fantastic! Special thanks to the duty manager 'Ann Marie' for making my stay easy and comfortable. A bit to many smokers outdoors but close enough to my windows that i had to close them many times. |

Comfort and staff help Price of breakfast - which was not made clear, was outrageous. We were not told of the cost until the final invoice was shown to us. I would warn froends not to have the hoptel breakfast but to go to a cafe. |

The location is superb. Trams travel all directions from where the hotel is centrally located. Lots of choices in the immediate area, food, pubs, live entertainment, etc. |
