シャワーのお湯と量が良くない。調整が困難。ユーロ高でこのクラスのホテルでも金額的には仕方ないのかな。 空港間とのシャトルバスは便利。 |

リノベートされたばかりの部屋をアサインされたが、エアコン工事がまだ終わっていないとのことで使用できず、金庫も置いただけの状態で固定されておらず、内装は新しい分綺麗だったが、まだ客を泊める準備が不充分なのでは？？と感じた点が多々ありました。 エアポートホテルなのに空港送迎バスが定刻通りに運行していなかったため、空港に行くまでにかなり待たされました。皆さんフライトのスケジュールに合わせて利用していると思うので、定刻通りにきちんと運行してほしいです。 |

The onsite restaraunt was perfect for dinner The hotel automatically charges you for breakfast even if you did not eat it and then cannot give credit back to your credit card but tries to give you Euros instead. Because of the poor exchange rate at the airports, a credit on the card is much preferred. |

the shuttle to the airport was very convenient and reliable and the drivers very helpful. the soundproofing in the room was terrible, you could hear every single plane. the breakfast was awful, certainly not worth the 12.50. the price when we arrived was significantly higher than listed on the booking.com site: the reservation price was 160 euros excluding only city tax, but when we arrived the total came to 257 euros (50 was for the breakfast but 47 euros in additional taxes!) |
