The comfort and amenities of the room were excellent. The peaceful environment and the location in a park offers a possibility of a nature walk between the flights . The staff were very professional and friendly. The stay overall was very relaxing, albeit short. |

The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was likewise spacious. On arrival, the desk staff were not able to check us into out room, but were happy to keep our bags while we went out and did other things - this was satisfactory. However, on return, we were not offered any assistance to take our bags to our room, and they had not been taken there when the room was ready - this was quite disappointing. 180 euro per night is a little steep without breakfast. |

was easy to get to the airport the price of the parking. the parking yard belong to the hotel, there's no other parking in the area, so you must pay for the parking even you are the hotel guest.:( |

The proximity to the airport, but it took 12 minutes of taxi ride from the airport and cost us 30euros. But on the way to the airport, the hotel provided us a shuttle bus. The hotel had good internet connection. |

Room was excellent, staff helpful and courteous. Restaurant next door was very good Airport shuttle only runs once and hour in the early evening and it is not free. Believe it is 3 Euros each way. |

We upgraded our room when we arrived and it was very nice and roomy for our family. The area surrounding the hotel was very nice and quiet. To get into and from Amsterdam by hotel and public transportation was not very convenient and was more expensive than what we had thought. |

schedule for airport shuttle service. Ended at 11pm (I arrived at shuttle stop at 11:10pm). Charge for shuttle to airport but not from airport. Shuttle schedule was at 45 minute intervals; 9 am shuttle was full and next one was not until 9:45 and would make me late for my flight. |
