The service and attention of the personnel are excellent. They were always ready to answer every question and help you if needed. The lights in the room are dim. I expect one lightsource to give brigher light. |

There is a gym next the hotel, free for the guests. The price for the night is too high. There are similar hotels much cheaper. |

Service in the bar/restaurant. Size of room. The soap/shampoo dispenser outside the shower! The lack of airport shuttle bus (taxi € 25). Not being able to checkout the evening before. |

The air conditionner was missing consequently it was very/too hot in the room and furthermore the mattress was too soft. |

The room was exceptionally hot and was 4 degrees hotter than outside at 32 degrees celcius, there was no air conditioning and one of the two windows did not open. Great if you don't want to pay for the sauna. The hotel was clean however (except for one cockroach) and the desk staff friendly and helpful. A double room meant a double bed not two singles pushed together as many are in Europe. There seemed to be a lot of extras which pushed up the price of the hotel. Breakfast was not included, they charged for use of the car park, there were a lot of taxes added on. There were tea making facilities in the room but no milk (as there was no fridge) and the person at the desk thought the bar person would charge for a small pot milk as they don't like giving you the time of day for free. |

The smell of the bathroom was overwhelming and the location was remote considering the description saying it was within walking distance to many attractions. It is a long taxi ride to the city. |

It was average but some of the staff could do with lessons in how to deal with customers The breakfast we found very poor especially at 10 euros a head. |

Very good meal in the bar. Didn't try the main restaurant. Staff in the bar very polite and helpful. Good parking facilities. Good location within easy walking distance of main shopping area and restaurants. Rooms are very outdated and need decorating and refurnishing urgently. The rate charged per night perhaps reflects this as 65 euros for double room is very cheap. Staff on reception a little bit brusque. |

Location, access, local shopping, parking, big independent fitness center next door for free. Simple Breakfast not worth EUR 10, somewhat unfriendly staff at breakfast, otherwise great. Smalll rooms but OK for short stay without too much baggage. |
