Our upgraded room was absolutely lovely. It was on the upstairs level and in the corner. Our view was of the arched monument and a beautiful residential canal. Breakfast was simple, adequate and in a well-lit room. i would have liked to know how far the hotel was from the shopping and activity streets. |

Excellent room and a first class restaurant. Good off street parking. Easy walk to town. The clock on the town gate (The Cow Gate!) does continues chiming into the night! |

Het eten was lekker.Ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en ruim voldoende. Kamercomfort kon beter:WC was lek,warm water was te warm en niet regelbaar(douche).Douche zeep en wc papier niet op tijd aangevuld.Matras kon beter.Afstandsbediening voor tv was stuk...Kleine dingen die kunnen verholpen worden en die het verblijf aangenamer maken.4 Sterren op het eten maar kleine 3 voor de kamer. |

Ik vond personeel vriendelijk badkamer was niet geheel schoon, en ook niet alle onderdelen waren heel, bolletje in lamp knipperde 's nachts, douchedeur zat te hoog, waardoor veel water in rest badkamer, geen circulatiesysteem in douche, toilet lekte water bij aansluiting, beddengoed had donkere vlekken, doordat er iets donkers was mee gewassen, bij aankomst werd er uitgebreid gevraagd naar ontbijt- was niet terug te vinden |

De koepoort ligt erg mooi met dat park en de nabijheid van de winkels en de parkering van de auto was heel goed voor ons was het allemaal heel erg goed,we hopen het hotel weer te bezoeken als we weer op vacantie komen naar Nederland.Hartelijk dank en de Hartelijke groeten van Annie en Hero Visser |
