When we left the hotel. (Quando fomos embora.)

Dirty and smell room with much powder. Dirty hotel. Bad location. Wi-Fi wasn't free and very expensive. Lift was out of order. (Quarto muito empoeirado e fedido, até do lado de fora. Corredores do hotel muito sujos. Péssima localização. Internet wi-fi muito cara. O elevador que ia até o último andar ficou estragado quase 3 dias.)

breakfast was good

you can hear the niose from outside the room, the shower doesn't have courtains so everything gets wet, the location (nearby) is no good.

staff were friendly, professional and extremely pleasant, hotel pictures were accurate, room was absolutely wonderful, modern, big and clean, which is very important, plenty of nice seating areas inside and out, location of the hotel was ideal, easy to find, easy to get to, close to lake, shops, trams, towns,

found it strange that the room did not have a fridge or a kettle

the room size is satisfactory, the price is good, there are two supermarkets near the hotel, the satff is friendly and they described clearly how to go the hotels from the central train station

the carpet(near washroom) is wet, dirty(see the white dots) and had smell, no air coditioning in our room, needs to open the window at night, the temperature is OK but a bit worry about the safety since we are in the second floor, difficult to open the windows and make a loud noise(the rooms nearby has the same problems and make noise to us also) ,

A lot of things to do, if you dont want to enjoy the city center.

The breakfest is too expensive.
