まわりの雰囲気もすごくすばらしく、ホテルのスタッフの対応もとてもよかったです。 冷蔵庫があればもっといいと思います。空港からの交通手段をもっと詳しく書いてもらえれば有難いです。 |

There was no air conditioning in our rooms and no lift in the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was very expensive and I left the meal feeling hungry. |

the rooms were very comfortable ,clean and also very light. The staff were very helpfull. The breakfast could have had a better selection of cereals and bread and the eggs were cold at times. |

There is no shuttle from the Hotel to the airport. You have to walk to the Novotel. It is not far but I wish I would have known. |

shuttle service is not good. Especialy from airport at night, really not good and not convenient. No body picked my call from airport to the hotel. |

It was very clean and modern. No elevator, The steps were quite a long flight and very steep. It did not have a negative effect on my husband and I but carrying suitcases up the steep stairs could be a problem for older folk. |

The welcome provided by the staff at the registration desk on our arrival and the friendly attitude of the rest of the staff - including those in the restaurant. The hotelier should ask the Schipol information desk rep. to tell travellers that the arrival and departure point for the shuttle to De Herbergh is the nearby Novotel hotel.If I had not asked the driver to drop us off on the highway my wife and I would have been taken back to Schipol - having by-passed De Herbergh. |

The location was convenient, we had an early flight to catch and the free shuttle was awesome! I wish that the hotel staff was at the reception earlier in the morning, so i could have asked more questions. |
