Food was good with varied choice. room comfortable. Service friendly and good This a room used by smokers before the ban, I had to get an air freshener to help clear the stale smell. |

Big rooms, great breakfast bufffet, very friendly staff You can tell the hotel is a little older, there was some rust on the heating in the bathroom -- but it really didn't bother us. |

Great value all round, large rooms, restaurant was first class. I got a room that had been used by smokers so that put me off a bit. Next time I will specify no smoking room. I was in room 3. A suggestion, with such large rooms it may be an idea to install larger television sets. |

I purchased a KPN scratchcard for internet connection over their wlan hotspot, but the website rejected my card details as invalid. The hotel personelle did not charge for the card, which was the proper reaction in my view. Their reaction was prompt, unburocratic and generous. Excellent. |

Personeel is vriendelijk, ontbijt veel keuze. Hotel is duur t.o.v. comfort, Kamers erg gehorig dwz. veel geluid van buiten én binnenuit, slecht schoongemaakt, slechte bedden, slechte kussens. De gangen zijn erg smerig. (Denk zelf dat v/d Valk z'n sterren koopt).Tevens hebben we daar gevraagd om nog extra te stoffen en stofzuigen, vanwege merkbare allergie. |

Goede restauratie met aantrekkelijke prijzen . Schitterend ontbijtbuffet . Ontbijt wordt geserveerd tot 10u30 maar voordien was men al aan het stofzuigen tot zelfs onder onze tafel !!! Receptie was niet in staat een factuur te maken wegens computerprobleem . |

Het tijdperk van appelmoes met lers hebben ze al lang achter zich gelaten. Uiterst vriendelijk (erg jong) personeel. Prima receptieafhandeling. Zeer goede keuken. Snelle service tijdens het diner. Ondanks het massale uiterlijk van het hotel (het is er altijd druk) valt dat eenmaal binnen ontzettend mee. De kamer op de begane grond was niet helemaal goed schoongemaakt (lag peuk onder de stoel) kan gebeuren. Verder prima. |

Massenabfertigung, schlechte koordination zwischen Hotel und Restaurant (bei Restaurantrechnung). Langsamer und unaufmerksamer Empfang, Telefonkunden wichtiger als die Kunden am Empfang. Laute und unruhige Emfangshalle.Lange Wege zwischen Zimmer und andere Ziele. |
