1. Shuttle service from/to airport was nice and funtual. 2. Room interior was nice and clean. 1. house keeping service was not satisfactory. -- we asked soap and shampoo, but was not served until we left. 2. The light from outside was too bright to sleep. 3. It would be nice providing cold and hot water, and microwave at public place (1st floor lobby). 4. Complimentary coffee maker would be nice, if that is at room. |

It's cheap and have shutter bus to airport. The price I checked out was not the same price when I booked online. I had to show my record to get reduction. |

Ease of access to Schipol Airport. I would have liked the informal, casual, atmosphere except that it was too chaotic (perhaps due to busiest time of summer season?). The room was too small and not very clean. I had asked for a room with twin beds but was given a queen and a sofa bed in a very small room. Too much noise all night long. The cost of breakfast at 14 Euros per person is just too much considering the poor quality of food and service. The noise from the road and nearby airport was indeed disturbing - I think they could improve the insulation.Also we were unlucky to arrive with a plane-full of passengers from a cancelled flight - the bus took an hour to arrive... |
