The close proximity to the town centre, decor of the rooms.

I had specifically asked for a double bed and there was none available on our first night so we had to have twin. Second night we were put in a double room but it was sooo small, you could hardly move around the bed. Also did not like that the bathroom doors are see-through! Do not need to see my partner doing his business, or have him see me!!

there is no concierge, this makes checking in and checking out very inefficient because reception staff is constantly distracted by questions from other guests for a taxi, store luggage etc

Nothing at the hotel, we were very disappointed and it ruined my friends 30th Birthday, I wouldn't allow my dog to stay in that accommodation.

I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago, and last week. The rooms are renovated and I had double room even had a reservation for single. Hotel staff is great- I could check out at noon instead of 11. You can't find better 3 stars hotel for such money and location in Amsterdam

2 single bads for a couple in double room.
