十数年前、オランダ駐在中の友人にすすめられ泊まって良かったので、今回も母をつれて滞在。立地条件に加え、サービスも良いと思う。 料金をＴ・Ｃで払おうとしたら、可能だが６パーセントの手数料を必要と言われて、クレジットカード払いにした。これって当たり前？Ｔ・Ｃはそのまま使えないの？ |

ロケーションは最高だった。
予約確認時にバスタブ付の部屋であったが、実際の部屋はシャワーのみ。レセプションに文句を言ったが、シングルルームの予約ではシャワーしかないと言われて対応しない。部屋も８畳ほどで大変狭く、５星ホテルの快適さはまったく味わえなかった。

the staff is very nice, the position in the city is excellent It is very old and not nice. The furniture needs to be replaced, bathroom dosn't correspond for a 5 star hotel, the windows are very bad - i couldn't sleep because of noise in the street. |

I read that there was a jacuzzi in the hotel, when we asked a member of staff where it was he said there is no such thing. I was not told of anything about a deposit, we had to take our deposit out of our spending money for the weekend this was an awful lot being we had 2 rooms for 2 nights. We then had to budget for the weekend due to this. I was deeply annoyed by this!! |
