The various facilities offered on site such as the business centre or the set of toiletries available in the bathroom, very convenient ! Most of the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful but some (not all) at the reception desk had a bit of an attitude. |

Everything. The hotel was central to where we wanted to go. We also asked to see one of the junior suites & the manager was very kind enough to show us round. |

Location is perfect. Friendly and helpful hotel staff and attention to detail. Krasnapolsky has the feel of a top hotel. Highly recommended. We will stay here on our next visit to Amsterdam. |

The staff was great and generally very helpful. I also thought the daily fifteen minute computer use was great. The air conditioning was poor and did not adequately cool the room. |

Location is perfect I arrived at 4-30 and my room was not ready, I had to wait about 1.5 hours and there were a lot of people with the same problem |
