This hotel is to be avoided absolutly. Price announced is not final price paid. My Room was durty. Heating system was not working properly. Windows do not close well. Toilets were not cleaned when I arrived. Price is not worth for such a room, named as "De Luxe". |

It was easy to do, because our flight check in was at 7 am. And there was no other possibility for us to come by train in the morning |

Very close to the Airport. Far too expensive for the quality of the room. The "free" hotel shuttle does not start untill 7.00, so if you have an earlier flight then either you have to walk or take a cab. |

The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful I did not like the very high prices for any of the hotels in Holland and would not have the chosen the Regardz without the discount. |

Friendly staff We asked for a non-smoking room, but the room -- including the bedding -- smelled like an ashtray. The bathroom was dirty, with hairs on the toilet, in the bath, and around the sink. |

Too often, these days, a hotel guest is considered a nuisance, However, the staff at the Regardz Hotel are an exception. They know who you are, they think ahead as to how they can assist you, they are kind and friendly and, on one occasion, the service I experienced at the bar was impeccable. I recognize good bar service having been an occasional bartender myself during my student days. The lift was out of order but I arrived on a Sunday and nowadays you cannot expect anyone to go out of his/her way in Holland to work during the week-end. On the other hand, the receptionist offered to carry my case down three stairs when I checked out, unfortunately that was not the case when I arrived! |

Actually only the bed was OK Unfriendly staff, bathroom had parts that were loousy mounted. No soap or what so ever on arrival. Second day trashcan was not emptied, coffee cup not cleaned. Dirty half mounted curtains. No noise reduction from airplanes. |
